At the pinnacle of his career, Kevin Durant is a two-time NBA Champion, two-time NBA Finals MVP, and one of the most talented and successful players in the history of the sport.
Durant first won an NBA championship in 2017 as a member of the Golden State Warriors. That season, Durant averaged a career-best 25.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.5 assists, along with a career-best 1.6 blocks to help the Warriors win the 2017 NBA Finals. He was the series MVP and was named the NBA Finals MVP, becoming only the 11th player in league history to win both awards in the same season.
The following season, he helped the Warriors win their second title in three seasons and again, he was named the NBA Finals MVP.
Durant is also a two-time recipient of the NBA Most Valuable Player Award, winning the honor in 2014 after his successful season with the Oklahoma City Thunder and again in 2019 following the 2018-19 season with Golden State.
Throughout his tenure in the NBA, Durant has consistently been one of the top players in the league and a perennial All-Star, making the All-Star game in nine out of his 12 seasons. He has also been a seven-time All-NBA first team selection and a four-time Scoring Champion.
