Haiden Deegan is a 14-year-old American professional motocross racer and action sports star. He began his career with an impressive amateur run in 2014, competing in the 450B Category of the Monster Energy Supercross Amateur Nationals. In 2016 he won the AMA Pro Motocross Championship in the 250F BW Class at the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross event. He had some impressive wins aboard the American Honda Factory Racing’s 2017 CRF250R machine and then made it to the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship in the 250SX West Class, in which he’s currently competing.
Haiden is the son of motocross legend and eight-time AMA National Champion, Brian Deegan. Raised in Temecula, California, Haiden has been competitively racing since he was four years old. He has already established a good name and career in the competitive motocross world and he continues to climb the ranks.
Haiden’s success on the track earned him a spot in the 2018 X Games Minneapolis, where he finished third in the 450cc supercross race. His achievements have been increasing every year, and he is looking to put together a successful 2019 season. He is currently under contract with Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki and is part of the elite Aclass of riders at the professional level.
At just 14 years old, Haiden is currently the youngest active professional motocross racer. His impressive record, dedication to his craft and determination to improve demonstrate why he is a rising star in the sport. His accomplishments have enabled him to participate at the highest level possible at such a young age.
