How Old Is Tanjiro

Tanjiro Kamado is a fictional character and the protagonist of the popular manga and anime, Demon Slayer. He was born on February 11th and is 17 years old during the entire run of the anime/manga series.

Tanjiro’s life is full of heartache and tragedy after his family’s brutal massacre at the hands of Demons and his sister, Nezuko’s transformation into one. Despite this immense pain and suffering, Tanjiro is driven by his will to stay strong in the face of evil and protect the ones he loves. He takes it upon himself to become a Demon Slayer, in order to have a chance of restoring Nezuko to her former self.

He excels in almost every area, from being adept in the use of the Nichirin Blade, to his prowess in combat.

Despite his strength and skillset, Tanjiro’s greatest asset is his kind, caring heart. He is always willing to help the people he meets, regardless of the situation and his compassion for his friends and family make him a formidable ally.
