Once the steak is done cooking, it’s important to let it rest covered with foil for 10 minutes before cutting into it. This will hold in the juices and result in a juicy, flavorful steak.
Making steak in the oven is an easy and reliable way to get restaurant-quality results right at home. You can add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings to the steak while it’s in the oven. This method should ensure a juicy steak that’s cooked to the exact doneness you prefer.
