Preheat your oven to 375℉.
Place chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag and season with jerk seasoning.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey.
Pour mixture over chicken and massage it into the meat. Make sure each piece is thoroughly coated.
Place chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
