Ingredients:
• 6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Instructions:
Place the eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in cold water. Peel and roughly chop the eggs.
