It was then that Dan decided to move beyond his knowledge as a coach and delve deeper into his son’s physical impairments. With an unwavering drive and dedication, Dan embarked on a personal mission. As a self-taught engineer and physical therapist, Dan modified his son’s protective gear and even reinvented his activewear. Not only did this provide his son with the physical protection and support he needed, but it also provided the psychological support for his son to pursue his sport with confidence.

These innovative changes did more than just help his son — they helped revolutionize the world of protective sports gear. One of his mentors described him as the “go-getter, who always works hard and looks to solve even the most complicated of problems.”

Dan’s inspiring story has now reached the world. With a touch of humility, Dan himself explains his vast success “My fortune is in my family’s successes, from today’s sport all the way through tomorrow, and the generations that will come after that.”
