Metal Lee is a young ninja student from the village of Konohagakure in the popular anime series, Naruto. He is the son of two legendary shinobi, Might Guy and Tenten, and the grandson of Rock Lee. While not much is known about Metal Lee’s mother, fans of the Naruto story can infer several details based on his parents’ backstory and profiles.
Metal Lee’s mother is most likely Tenten. This makes sense as the canon does not mention another woman in Might Guy’s life, and he and Tenten have long been friends and allies. Additionally, Tenten is shown to have a maternal instinct towards Metal Lee and Rocks struggling with his studies. As such, it makes sense that she is the one who gave birth to him.
The Naruto canon does not reveal much about Tenten’s background, only that she was a student of Konohagakure’s shinobi academy and later a member of the Hebi/Akatsuki organization. While she is not a main character in the series or overly featured in promotional artwork, she can be seen appearing in flashbacks and other scenes alongside her squad, including Guy and Lee. It is safe to assume that Tenten is the mother of the children she is seen caring for, and her personal relationship with Guy implies she is indeed the mother of Metal Lee.
Given that Tenten is not a main character in Naruto, and there is little known about her beyond her being an academy student and a squad member, there is not much more to know about Metal Lee’s mother. It can safely be assumed, however, that she is Tenten and that she loves her son deeply and cares for him.
