Who Is Panda From Dude Perfect

If you’ve ever watched Dude Perfect on YouTube and followed their joyous and often epic stunts, you may have noticed a certain other member that’s not actually one of the five main dudes. That member happens to be a mysterious panda, who wears a black-and-white suit and sports a signature eye mask – and it may actually be deeper than you think.

So who is Panda from Dude Perfect? He is actually Cody Jones, who has been a part of the team since its very formation in 2009. He co-founded the YouTube channel with his college friends, and played a major role in getting the original stinger shot that opens every video, along with arranging the stunts and laughs. A few years after the channel’s formation, the other four guys started referring to Cody as the ‘Mysterious Panda’, and it stuck as a nickname!

The five main dudes started wearing camo hats and red, white, and blue vests and shirts, making Cody the one member of the team to stand out even more. So out of all five of them, he became the mascot of the group. He is rarely seen on camera during their videos, but his strong presence can be felt throughout the team.

While Cody rarely appears on camera and hasn’t been featured in many of their videos, viewers can still catch a glimpse of him off-camera in several shots. His presence can often be felt through the special panda objects that sneak in from time to time.

So even though Cody remains partially hidden in the background, his influence on the Dude Perfect team is undeniable. Not only has Cody been with the team since its beginning, but his presence has helped form the iconic brand that Dude Perfect is known for today.
